Has anyone heard of study support for UK assignments?

I was talking with friends about homework, and someone mentioned uk-assignment-help during the conversation. I have never used anything like that, but it made me think about how students find support when assignments become difficult. I want to get better at planning and writing my work on my own. Right now I feel a bit lost with my coursework. What kind of support has helped you most with assignments in the UK?
